By understanding your clients’ thoughts, and using their words in your messaging, we attract more, perfect-fit clients to your offer.
How it works:
Together we describe your ideal client and decide which of your existing clients best fit that description. We choose 4 or 5 to interview using your pre-approved bespoke questionnaire.
Email templates make easy work of asking for the interview. I take it from there, arranging and carrying out the interview (no more than 45 minutes via Zoom, recorded and transcribed.) Most clients are delighted to help out.
Next, I listen, read, interpret and categorise your clients’ answers and thoughts. Then deliver it all wrapped up in your Voice of Customer report.
Your report gives you:
a clear understanding of your clients’ pains, desires, and objections
real insight into how they perceive your product’ or service’s benefits and differentiators
why they chose your offer over others
